Summary: There was minimal communication with the host. I had to get in touch with them to know the check-in information and then they resent the informarion at 5pm an hour after check-in time. So if i would have waited for them to send me the information I would not have recieved it until an hour after we had already gotten there. That was all very weird to me. Then the check-out information was very vague. There was a completely shattered window that was not been fixed. There were dirty towels under the bathroom sink, dirty plates in the cabinets, no trash bags were provided, water damage on the ceiling, walls and floors were just generally not clean. It appears futons and couches had been moved since the pictures were taken. There were insects everywhere, dead and alive. We only stayed for a night, if it had been longer than that we would not have stayed here. We will not be staying here in the future.

Summary: Overall this place was great. Few things here and there that were unexpected but the owner was incredibly responsive checking in daily and fixing any issues immediately. Was great sitting on the deck and taking walks around the neighborhood. Kids loved the bunk beds and Pac-man game.

Summary: The inside of the house was very pretty but we didn’t realize that there were only 3 bedrooms and they each have 2 beds in them, so be aware of that. The hot tub was an inflatable one that was very slippery (slimey) and had a weird stench. I feel if the back yard had some landscaping it would feel much nicer. It was pretty pricey but we enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to reach and made sure we had made it there and that everything was up to our standards. I liked that there was enough space between the houses in the neighborhood so you weren’t constantly worried about bothering any neighbors.
